This is Jeff’s second year to be honored as a Rising Star. Jeff earned his B.A. from Vanguard University and his J.D. from UCLA School of Law. Jeff was admitted to the Texas bar in 2013 and the California bar in 2012. He began practicing with Mike and Patrick in 2013.
