For example, Doyle Dennis LLP has represented multiple conductors in different cases who were working aboard a train when a vehicle collided with the train. As a result, the clients sustained severe injuries. Doyle Dennis LLP was subsequently retained to file suit on their behalf.
Doyle Dennis LLP’s recognition in Personal Injury Litigation reflects the firm’s fearless representation of injured individuals and grieving families. Recently, the firm filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the City of Houston on behalf of three families whose relatives were innocent bystanders and were wrongfully killed by Houston Police Department officers. The firm was also retained by a family whose son was killed as a result of a restaurant and bar’s negligence.
In addition, Doyle Dennis LLP is proud to represent workers and employees.
